The online store www.shop.corkit.pt is the responsibility of the holders of the trademark CORKIT and 4n07h3r 0n3 two trademarks of the same owners who work in co-branding with headquarters at Rua Estêvão Rodrigues Nº50 1.ºDto, 2890-073 Alcochete - Portugal.
1. Guarantee
According to Portuguese legislation, all products purchased at shop.corkit.pt have a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, the product that has a manufacturing defect will be repaired free of charge or will be replaced by a similar model in the event that it is not possible to repair it. The buyer will have to present, compulsorily with the article, the purchase invoice. Materials subject to deterioration, oxidation, loss or misplacement, defects caused by inappropriate use, inadequate conservation and cleaning, damage caused by incorrect washing, negligence, improper handling, modifications, unauthorized repairs, accidents or normal wear and tear are excluded from the warranty. Products that have been repaired in other workshops lose the right to the warranty. In the cases previously indicated, the shipping costs are borne by the customer. 2. Exchanges and Returns
The customer has a maximum of 14 days where he can exchange for another part of equal or higher value, upon presentation of the invoice. To make the exchange you must contact us through the email shop@corkit.pt who will respond with the following procedures. Exchanges will only be approved when they are unused parts, inside the respective original packaging and with the corresponding purchase invoice.
The return and exchange of products must respect the following conditions:
- Return of products in good condition, without any sign of use, with original and complete packaging, as well as the other elements that accompany the product originally.
- Any exchange or return must be accompanied by the respective invoice.
- The shipment of the product is the responsibility of the Customer, namely costs, losses, damage that he may suffer during transport and delays.
Personalized products at the customer's request, after their approval, are not subject to exchange or return.
All products will be checked upon arrival at our studio and only those who respect the exchange conditions will be accepted for exchange/return.
Shop.corkit.pt reserves the right not to accept products that do not meet these conditions.
3. Orders
To place an order, select the products you want and add them to your shopping cart. Once your selection is complete, follow the store's instructions to complete your order. After placing your order, make sure you receive a confirmation email in the email box you used to place the order. If you have not received any email in your inbox, please check your Spam box. After checking the Spam box and, if the problem persists, please contact us via email shop@corkit.pt. During the process, you will receive further notifications in your email regarding the status of your order.
Shipments are always made in Registered Mail. In case the delivery is not made successfully and is returned to our studio, we will make a new shipment after contacting the customer. If the delivery is not achieved at the customer's responsibility, he will assume the new costs. For security reasons, we do not ship to separates.
4. Right of free resolution
The deadline for exercising the right of Free Resolution ends after 14 days after the purchase of the products. The Resolution decision must be communicated by e-mail to shop@corkit.pt, accompanied by the buyer's data (Name, address, NIF, product name, reference, date of purchase) and respective invoice. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to the Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center for the following contacts:

6. Shipping methods and delivery times
Orders are shipped at:
- Registered Mail with "Registration Number", so that you can follow your order comfortably from the moment of shipment to the moment of delivery.
After the shipping day, the usual delivery times are:
- 1 to 2 working days for Portugal
- 3 to 5 business days for Islands (Madeira e Açores)
- 5 to 10 business days for International shipping
These deadlines are indicative in working days. The standard can be extended depending on transport limitations.
Orders are only processed after payment has been made. You should send an email with proof of payment to shop@corkit.pt in order to speed up the entire "payment accepted" process. You will receive a notification in your email as soon as the order is processed when the "payment is accepted". Delivery times depend on the payment method and the place of delivery of the products. As we are a handmade atelier, we reserve the right, in case of stock breakage, to change the expected deadline. In this case, an email will be immediately sent indicating a new deadline. The delivery time of orders with personalized making depends on the availability of stock, the production and shipping time is usually 3 to 5 business days. However, for reasons of festivities or seasons with a higher influx of orders, shipping times may take up to 15 business days. If there is no stock: the purchase is processed, but the production deadlines mentioned above apply. Shop.corkit.pt is not responsible for delays, damages/losses related to the transport company, if your order is in Registered Mail the transport company will be contacted and held responsible for what happened.
7. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the order. The postage price will appear in the "cart" when you are finalizing your order. For reasons of greater security for both parties, we only send by registered mail.
8. Customs duties and import taxes
Shop.corkit.pt has no control and is not responsible for possible costs that may be applied upon arrival of an order to the destination country, as it is not possible to predict the exact amount of these fees due to different import policies and fees. Customs and customs tariffs are defined by the destination country and shop.corkit.pt has no control or responsibility for any delays or customs issues. 9. Prices
The values presented in each product in the online store shop.corkit.pt are the final values, to these values add the shipping costs that appear when you finalize your order in the shopping cart, since the shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the chosen products. The prices shown in each product contain the rates and taxes applicable on the invoice date (VAT at 23%).
