- How long does it take to ship my order?

If it exists in stock it is sent in 1 business day (after payment).

If it is a personalized product, there is a stock failure in the ordered color it may take 3 to 5 business days (after payment).

If it is a product in the Anime area in which it is necessary to work the drawing first to paint, the time can be more than 7 working days.

In festive times, of greater influx of orders may take up to 15 business days (after payment).

Note: Shipping times only start counting after payment is confirmed. Whenever you place an order, the date on which your order will be shipped is indicated by email.

- What does each status of my order mean?

Awaiting payment: This status is active until the Customer sends the proof of payment.

Proof received - Waiting for account value entry: This state is active until the Customer's payment is entered.

Accepted payment: When the Customer's payment is received and the order goes to production and/or preparation.

Sent: When the Customer's order is shipped.

Delivered: When it is verified on the carrier's website that the order has been delivered.

Canceled: When the Customer requests the cancellation of the order or does not pay for it.

- Are the products handmade?

Corkit and 4n07h3r 0n3 are composed of two artisans recognized with an artisan card and UPA (Artisanal Productive Unit) that certifies that both produce the products in an artisanal and certified way.

- What care should I take with the purchased products?

Corkit's products are made through manual/handmade processes, with high quality raw materials and which are subject to a quality control process before being put up for sale/sent to the customer. In order to prolong the longevity of your products, we advise that:

- Perform a regular cleaning of the product, especially if it is light in color, in order to maintain the original color/gloss of the product. This cleaning can be done with cleaning wipes (suided for babies since it contains absence or low alcohol content).

- For a deeper cleaning you should use water with natural soap and rub the piece gently with a soft cloth.

- The drying of the piece after washing should be done in the shade, without direct exposure to the sun.

4n07h3r 0n3 products are customized with textile vinyl resistant to cold washing or a maximum of 30°. Avoid the use of abrasive products. For greater longevity of the parts we advise that:

- Do not use a dryer, prefer to dry in the open air and without direct exposure to the sun.

- Never iron directly on the vinyl, use a cloth or turn the piece inside out.

- Adjust the iron to a medium to low temperature.

- If possible, always use the hanging piece in order to avoid folds on the vinyl and keep the print intact.

- Avoid excessive friction.

In hand-painted Anime products/pieces we advise caution in cleaning in the designed area. Backpacks should be cleaned with a soft cloth and natural soap, without excessive use of friction in the drawing area. On painted clothes you can use the washing machine up to a maximum of 30°, without spinning and with outdoor drying without direct exposure to the sun.

- I have a product of yours that I damaged, do you make arrangements?

We make arrangements of all our products when it is possible. The costs are presented to the customer upon evaluation of the damage presented. The products to be arranged must be delivered properly cleaned and sanitized. In the case of items that are too damaged or dirty, we refuse to arrange it. If the product is under warranty and the damage is covered by it, it has no cost to the customer except for shipping/receiving the product.

- Do I receive an invoice for my purchase?

Invoices always accompany the products, being placed inside the package. After receiving your payment, you also receive the invoice electronically to the email indicated in your customer account.

- I intend to purchase a product for offer, but I will only offer it after the 14 days I have for exchange. If the person doesn't like it, how can he make the exchange after the deadline has expired?

- I intend to make a complaint, how should I proceed?

Before resorting to any route outside of shop.corkit.pt, we advise you to contact us first, since we always take into consideration all the situations exposed by our customers in order to resolve any question that is not to your liking. Your complaint/exhibition can be made by email to shop@corkit.pt or to the address of our headquarters via registered letter.
