- How long does it take to ship my order?

If there is stock in the studio, it will be shipped within 1 working day (after payment).

If it is a personalized product, if there is a stock failure in the color ordered, it may take 3 to 5 working days (after payment).

If it is an Anime product that requires work on the design first before laser engraving or painting, the time may be longer than 7 working days.

During festive times, when orders are more busy, it can take up to 15 working days (after payment).

Note: Shipping times only start after payment is confirmed. Whenever you place an order, you will be informed by email of the date on which your order will be shipped.

   
   
    

- What does each status of my order mean?

Awaiting payment: This status remains active until the Customer sends proof of payment.

Proof received - Awaiting entry of amount into account: This status remains active until the Customer's payment is entered into Corkit's account.

Payment accepted: When the Customer's payment is received and the order proceeds to production and/or preparation.

Shipped: When the Customer's order is shipped.

Delivered: When it is verified on the carrier's website that the order has been delivered.

Cancelled: When the Customer requests to cancel the order or does not pay for it.

   

    

    

- Are the products handmade?

Corkit is made up of two artisans recognized with an artisan card and UPA (Artisanal Production Unit) which certifies that they both produce Corkit products in an artisanal and certified way.

    
    
   

- What care should I take with the products purchased?

Corkit products are made using manual/craft processes, with high quality raw materials and are subject to a quality control process before being put on sale/sent to the customer. In order to extend the longevity of your products, we recommend that:

- Clean the product regularly, particularly if it is light in color, in order to maintain the original color/shiny of the product. This cleaning can be done with cleaning wipes (suitable for babies as they contain no or low alcohol content).

- For deeper cleaning, use water with natural soap and rub the item gently with a soft cloth.

- Drying the item after washing must be done in the shade, without direct exposure to the sun.

- For painted Anime pieces, we advise caution when cleaning the drawn area.

   

    
     

- I have a product of yours that I damaged, can you make arrangements?

We arrange all our products, the costs are presented to the customer upon assessment of the damage presented. Products to be arranged must be delivered properly cleaned and sanitized. In the case of items that are too damaged or dirty, we refuse to repair them.

    

    

    

- Do I receive an invoice for my purchase?

The original invoices always accompany the products, being placed inside the packaging. Upon receipt of your payment, you will also receive the invoice electronically to the email indicated in your customer account.

   
   
   
- I intend to purchase a product as a gift, but I will only offer it after the 14 days I have to exchange it. If the person doesn't like it, how can they make the exchange after the deadline has expired?

Send an email to shop@corkit.pt indicating your order number and expressing your situation. We will send a document along with the order extending the exchange period. Don't forget that to make an exchange you will also need to present the purchase invoice.

   
   
   
- I want to make a complaint, how should I proceed?

Before resorting to any means outside of Corkit, we advise you to first contact us, as we always take into account all situations presented by our customers in order to resolve any issue that is not to your satisfaction regarding Corkit or any product purchased from Corkit. Your complaint/disclosure can be made by email to shop@corkit.pt or to our headquarters address via registered letter. If you wish, you can also contact us via telephone at +351 932 614 854 (mobile call costs).
